New Blog Look and New Beginning

Ok soooo its been months and months since ive written, i went off track a for a bit there, but the good new is IM BACK!!!!!!!!! YAY
Ok i started a 12 week challenge at the gym, we are up to week 5 and ive lost 7.4kg in 4 weeks! We get points for all the exercise we do and points for every kg we lose and points for every cm we lose :) OOOH and at my gym in the first month i lost the most weight! so they had a big congrats sign up on the wall! YAY ME! If u win the overall challenge u win $500 worth of travel, altho there is one lady who has more exercise points then me, but thats ok im not in it to win just wanna get this weight off and really get looking good again!
Not only that but ive joined ww meetings! im up to week 6 now and ive lost 8.4kg in 5 weeks. Im liking the meetings i find its motivating me alot more! so at the moment ive got very high motivation!! YAY
Im offically at my lowest weight in 2 years, so i must be doin something right :) and im really enjoying the exercise! also joined a gym challenge on the ww boards, so that will keep me motivated about gettin to the gym as well!
So all in all everything is goin great, and im feeling fantastic! i have to go thru my clothes again, as yesterday everything i put on was to big :P so out with all the big things! :)
I promise to write more often and not be so slack! i dont plan on losing this high motivation i have for a long time :)

Mothers Day Weekend

So this weekend i went away up to see my mum for mothers day! me and my bf drove up, and booked a night in a 2bedroom apartment with spa etc. I took her up a tv i had cause hers was broken and got that up and running, then went off shopping! i bought her a nice new pair of shoes, and then we went back to the apartment and all had a few drinks together, before heading out to dinner and cocktails :) YUMMMM then after dinner we met up with some friends and went out for more drinks, was lots of fun!!! Drank way to much tho :( food was good, i didnt have a problem with that, but the alcohol is gonna stuff me up :( all i wanted to do this week was get below 120!!! and wednesday last week i was!!!!!!!!! and i was soo perfect all week, exercised sooooo much and then one lil night of drinking stuffed me up! ill see how i go tomorrow cause i got my weigh in at the gym!!
Sunday we then got up and went and did some more shopping, had a lovely breakfast and then went for a walk thru the botanic gardens :) was a very way to spend mothers day with my mummy :)
I think i might head to the gym early and do a workout before my weigh in at 4pm and then my PT at 5 :) I did my new programme today, was awesome! was soo much harder then my old one and took me much longer, took me 1 1/2 hours and i burnt 2190cals :) was stuffed by the end!!!! but i could really feel it! i think its just what i needed, my old programme was gettin to easy and i was gettin to used to it!!! so if im not under 120 this week, then next week for sure!! NO EXCUSES OK!!!!!

Tired!!!!!!!!!!!

Today i went to the gym TWICE YAY gooo me i got up at 7am and headed off to the gym, i got a new programme drawn up and then did my work out i burnt 1579cals Then had to go shopping for my mums mothers days presents! got home and i was stuffed!!! did uni assignments all day, then went back to the gym for my PT session tonight!!! There was a huge stuff up, i had an appointment to get my programme explained to me, but the problem was there wasnt anyone to show me, it was the girls fault who made it cause that was crossed out but she still put me in! So i sat around the gym for 30 mins, then asked my PTer to show me how to do it in my PT but she said nah ill cancel my class after ur PT and show u then! YAY she said i shouldnt have to waste my PT on that, since i pay more for it, and i guess she has a point! She is sooo lovely Anyways burnt another 881 cals in my PT session, so thats 2460cals burnt today!!!!!!!!! YAY no wonder im tired!
Off to Albury tomorrow to see mum for mothers day, taking her out to dinner and drinks saturday night, goin shoppin sat or sunday, shes staying in a nice apartment with us over night, then on sunday if its a nice day we might do a picnic at the botanic gardens if its raining well we will think of something else!!! hehehe

Weigh in

Today i had my weigh in at the gym and i lost 3.4kg YAY!!! soo happy about that, also had my measurements done, and i lost 17.5cm all up, bringing me to around 57cm since all up since feb :) YAY ill update my measurements on here now that they are consisant, and done properly by someone else :)
Im now sooo close to gettin under 120!!!!!!! i been trying for sooooooooo god damn long so i hope i get there soon!!!! BUT im also close to 25kg lost! which is another big one cause i been stuck between 15kg and 22kg lost for like probably a year now!!!! really wanna get to that 25kg mark!!!!!!!!!!
I had my PT session today, having 2 PT's this week, one today and one on friday! Today she made me do chinups :P oh my god i DID chinups!!! like 45 of them or something :) YAY felt sooo good NEVER ever done chinups before!!!!!!

beach walks

Today i just had to get outta the house and do some exercise, since i hate gyms on weekends that was outta the question! BUT the gym closes at 12 anyways STUPID!!! anyways i went for a walk down the beach, and walk on the track around the bay, it was awesome, didnt even feel like i was exercising! Ill post some pics i took along the way hehe According to my trusty HRM i burnt 987 cals :) YAY which would bring me to a total of 6853cals burnt this week since tuesday, so im really happy with that!!!
Cooked chicken pasta bake for dinner tonight, was yummmy :) OH also cooked an upside down banana cake, which was in the WW mag, looks great and tastes even better, so ill post some pics of that to :)
Tomorrow my bfs dad is comin by for coffee and we gotta take him to the airport, hes leaving his car for a week or so while hes in thailand. Then i gotta get to the gym again :) My bf has a job interview tomorrow oh god i hope he gets that job!!!!!!!

Gyming!!!

Ok so im being a good girl and updating again :) YAY go me :P Anyways not much to write cause nothing has happened really!! This week im trying so hard at the gym, so today went in and did 1 and 1/2 hours :) YAY i was exhausted but felt great afterwards, i burnt 2111cals!!!!!! how exciting!! I mean surely i can lose weight this week burning between 1500 and 2500cals a day! wouldnt u think????????????? we will see i guess hahaha I only eat 1200 to 1500cals a day so im burning off more then what i eat!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! MAN when i put it like that, i better lose weight this week or ill be pissed off!!!!!
Anyways just cooking dinner at the moment, nothing to exciting tonight, homemade meat pie, with pasta and steamed vege :) yummmmmy. Then gonna watch biggest Loser finale :) :) :) YAY cant wait to see who wins and what everyone looks like now, i love the show, it rocks! but hmmm what am i gonna do now its finished :( :(:( BOOOOO it should be on all the time hehehe
OOOOHi forgot to mention we got our new tv!!!! its HUGE!!!! ill post a pic with me next to it so u can see how huge it is! i love it!! its like being at the movies, kicking back watching movies on it is fantastic hehehe :) Oh and the cabinet the tv is on is new as well :) i love them both hehe

Catch UP

So i aint posted for a bit, been super busy!! BUT on the request of my darling friend Claire, im gonna start writing more! probably boring old shit but hey its something hehe :) Anyways so weigh in this week and i put on 1.8kg :( BOOOOOO not happy because i was sick so didnt get the gym as much, but still ate really well. This really worries me because it shows im gonna have to do excess amounts of exercise to just lose tiny amounts of weigh :( OOOOH WELL such is life :P im back at the gym, Had PT session yesterday, and today went for over an hour. According to my HRM i burnt 1697cals in 1 hour 5 mins :) YAY very happy about that, i pushed myself really hard. Then i had bellydancing tonight, still great fun but my abs were killing me from all the crunches my PTer made me do yesterday!! OUCHHHHHHHH HURT LOTS!!!
Anyways on Thursday night i headed down to Geelong and went out on the town with the girls for the night. Ill post some pics :) Had an awesome time, was really great, we had dinner with some cocktails, then drank lots :P hahaha I didnt get back to Becs till hmm 7.30am oooops :P but i had an awesome time!!!
Off to the gym again tomorrow, and the next day, hmmmm saturday and sunday i dunno, i hate the gym on weekends cause its only open a lil bit so it gets really busy! so might do beach walks/jogs instead, but we will see :) I have 2 assignments due next week, one monday and one wednesday, havnt started them tho :( OOPPPS so yeah guess what ill be doin all weekend!! FUN FUN FUN NOT! :P

You Yangs

On Monday some friends and i went for a walk up the You Yangs. OMG i nearlly died walkin up there. SOOOOO many stairs!! BUT once i got up the top sat down for a min i was all full of energy again for the walk all the way back down hehehe :P Was actaully heaps of fun! I had my HRM on the info from it was:

Average Heart rate 152, 78%
Max heart rate 186, 96%
So i was very happy about that :) my legs where a bit sore yesterday, then i had my PT session and that made me a bit more sore hehe but im good now i think. Feeling really good hehe. Ill post a few pics i took from up near the top.
Tonight got Bellydancing :) probably will be sore again after that hehehe but oh well its fun! Had homemade pizza for lunch and it was sooooo yummmmmmmmy!!!!
Goin out Thursday night with friends in Geelong, so that should be lots of fun, only problem with that is that i will be drinking. Not good for the weight loss hehehe but oh well gotta live sometimes huh :P

here i am :P

Ok well just wanted to write a quick note to let everyone know im still around hehehe. I been away for nearlly 2 weeks helping my mum pack and move, but am back home now :)
While i was away i was pretty bad foodwise, but better then last time i went away so im at least improving!! Missed the gym sooo much!!! BUT im now back at the gym 6 days and feeling much better already hehe i felt so yuk eating crappy food and not exercising, dunno how i did it before!!!
Still doin bellydancing :) its great fun and actaully a really good work out to! my abs were soooo sore after this week hehehe.
Got my weigh in at the gym on Tuesday for the first time since i went away. Last time i weighed in there i was 122.something am hoping to get a lil loss at least, but i dunno, i checked this morning on my scales and was 123.3 so we will see what happens in the next 2 days hehe!!
Gonna go for a nice beach walk soon :) the gym is closed :( i really hate how the gym closes at 12 on sundays, i think its really stupid :( but i cant complain cause beach walk is always something nice hehehe.
I think tomorrow me and some friends are gonna do some kinda exercise :P havnt decided what yet, was talk of walking at you yangs, never done that before, so we will see what happens there to :P hehehe
Ohhh while i was in canberra i bought some new sunnies :) YAY i bought REAL sunnies! they cost me $389 tho :P my bf only found out today how much they were, dont think he was happy :P hahah oh well, but they are soo sexy, ill post some photos later. They are Prada and i love them :P its really hard for me to find sunnies to suit my face! BUT how is this, we go to harvery norman looking at gettin a new bedroom suite and mattress and my bf found a pair of Gucci sunnies :P nearlly exactly the same as my new Prade ones hahahaha oh well now i have 2 pairs heheh YAY for me :P
Oh i also got my hair done before i went away, its the same colours BUT instead of alot of the bright red foils i got more of the darker colour and got a few bright red chunks, the hair is then layered over the red so the red comes thru the dark colour, i like it :) ill post a photo of that to :P

Me, slim member of the month???

YAY im sooo excitied!!! i went to my PT session on tuesday, and my trainer told me that my slim coach wanted to see me afterwards(even tho id already seen her that day). Soooo i went to see her and she said the owner of the gym wanted me to be slim member of the month :) :) :) :) :) :) i was soooo happy :P they took an updated photo and did measurements again(even tho i only had them done 2 weeks ago) i lost another 12cm in 2 weeks :) :) :) So anyways means im doin the best at the gym, outta everyone doin there weight loss program!! YAY!!! Everyone at the gym has been sooooooo nice! they all make a deal about how well im doin and tell everyone and they all compliment me and congratulate me lots, its an awesome feeling and i think its what i need to keep goin!! cause i dont wanna let them down hehe
SO i went to the gym today, had my trusty HRM on, and this is what i did:
25 mins treadmill, 6km, incline 7
15 mins crosstrainer, level 6
25 mins exercise bike, level 4
Info from my HRM was as follows:
kcal Burnt: 1455, 30% fat
Max heart rate: 181, 93%
Average heart rate:164, 85%
I have been goin to the gym 6 days a week, and loving it!!!! Have been perfect with food but this week the scales seem to not be moving much :( :( oh well it happens, but at least i know its not because i didnt try!!!!
Planning on gettin my hair done next week, cut and coloured, kinda as a reward for my first 10kg loss at the gym, since starting at the gym in early Feb i have lost 11.4kg, so im def feeling good about that!

I made it thru easter :)

Anyways so far in this easter period ive had no choc and no hot cross buns YAY but i got some gorgeous looking choc's, the best thing is they look toooo good to eat hahahaha I got some pics of my easter eggs that i will post later, they are sooo cute :P look way to good to eat!!!
Oh im soo excitied last night i got my first thropy on my HRM YAY the week before i didnt get it cause i got the HRM on wednesday and only started using it wed so didnt have a whole week, but this week i kicked its arse!!! i got 99% YAY its soooo cool!! i thought id be stuffed cause of the gym being closed alot this weekend, but i got on my treadmill for an hour everynight and it really helped!!!!! YAY oh that was until it broke last night i was using it and was about 35 mins in and BAM just stopped, and came up error now i try to use it and it just says error! anyone know what could be wrong with it?????
I had my offical weigh in today, but got weigh in at the gym in the morning cause of today being public holiday! BUT this morning i had lost 2.4kg this week sooo very happy with that!!!!

Happy Easter

I aint written for awhile, theres been heaps happening but just havnt been in a writing mood :P
Hope everyone has an awesome easter weekend :)
Im not gonna be doin much, staying home. The bloody owner of the house we rent is comin to look at a piece of carpet that needs fixing today!!!!!!!! i mean of all days its a bloody public holiday! really not impressed at all!!!! I honestly dont even see any reason why he even needs to look at it, its easily fixed why not just get a handy man into to fix it!!! Anyways Sean was gonna go away for easter to his dads but i dont really wanna go, i have my assignments to do, and if i go away they will never get done! I dunno if he is still goin or not, have to wait and see.
I sooo wanna go to the gym today, BUT its closed :P so im trying to get the motivation to go for a walk at the beach hehehe but since this arsehole aint comin to around 5 this afternoon that could be a problem :( such a pain in the ares AARRGGGGHHHHH
Anyways weight loss is goin good, ive been really good, been goin to the gym 6 times a week and have been having decent losses, so im pleased with that :) I got my HRM which by the way is awesome!!!! i love it, it really helps push me that lil bit more at the gym, and i know how many cals i burnt etc so its really handy :)
Anyways best be goin to get some of this uni stuff done, HAPPY EASTER EVERYONE

Weekly Weigh In

So this week i lost 0.6kg, and i know its a loss but im kinda disappointed!! I mean i didnt do anything wrong, i was perfect with my food and went to the gym 6 days this week. I mean im happy with any loss but i thought since i put in the extra effort this week id get a lil bit more, even 1kg or something, but oh well. See how we go next week i guess. I certainly wont be giving up that easy!!!
I got job interviews tomorrow, 1 is working in banking at ANZ and the other is a foriegn exchange officer at the airport. Both would be really good for me, but im still finishing up uni so im not in any hurry to have a job nor do i really need a job so if i dont get them then thats cool, BUT if i do get them then YAY good for me :P
Didnt go to the gym today, cause it was only open 10 till 1 and being a public holiday i find it always sooo busy!!! So got my PT session tomorrow at 5 and my gym weigh in after that, hopefully i can lose a lil more by then :) OOOh and hopefully tomorrow ill get my Polar F11 :) so cant wait to try it out hehehe
Its so hot here today, I was gonna for a walk at the beach, but think i might wait till a lil later but it will be just as hot then, last night at midnight it was still 30 degrees :( thank god for air con hehehe Okies i better go hang out the washing, in this heat that will be a work out in itself :P

Ok so its been awhile since i posted, but i lost 1.4kg last week, or 2.1kf according to gym scales but im only counting mine! I have my weigh in again tomorrow :) and weigh at the gym tuesday(cause of the public holiday).
Anyways i have a problem with blogger, i wanna update my graph at the bottom of my page but when i go to layout, it only loads the top half of the page so i cant scroll down that far. Ive been trying for a week now!!!!!!!!!!!! Anyone else have this problem????? its annoying the hell outta me!!!!!!!
Im still at the gym, goin 5 to 6 days a week :) am loving it!!!! Bellydancing is goin great as well, we only got 1 or 2 weeks before the break for easter. Back at uni, got 2 assignments due before easter which i havnt started :( :( :( :( :( oh well!!!!!!
OOOOOOHHH i bought a new HRM!!!!! i probably shouldnt have, as i cant really afford it but thought well stuff it why not :P sooooo i got a polar F11 pink fizz hehehe i dont have it yet cause i only ordered it on friday night, and with our public holiday monday i probably wont get it till at least tuesday! here are some pics tho its sooo pretty, im sooo excitied, i already downloaded and read the whole manual basically haha cant wait to get it!!!!!!! It can do some awesome stuff!!
Anyways Im off to get some lunch, Sean is goin to get macca's but i said no thankx ill just make myself something at home :) HOW GOOD AM I!!!!!!!!!! YAY YAY YAY Ill update tomorrow after i weigh in, then again tuesday after gym weigh in :P

Weigh in day!

Ok just a quick post, im just about to watch biggest loser and have some dinner, having roast pork and vege tonight :) yummmm! Anyways i just got back from the gym, had my PT session, she tried to kill me i swear :( hehehe it was great tho, felt really good afterwards, then i had my weigh in and i lost 5.1kg :) im soooo happy with that after my gain last week, so the gain is now all gone and then some!!!!!!!! YAY so all in all a great day, feeling good, heres to another great week!

I Ate Lots of VEGE!!!!!!!!!!

Ohhhh i just had to post cause im so excited and sooo happy with myself :P im not a big vege eater, infact i hate nearlly EVERY single vege! which makes it hard when dieting! BUT tonight, i had vege :P now for most people the vege i had is probably nothing, but for me it was good, i filled up on heaps of vege, before even touching my chicken!!! I had peas, carrots, cucumber, beetroot and corn kernals, LOTS of vege :) i found i was nearlly full by the time i got to my chicken so didnt need to eat as much chicken!!! YAY
But i still must admitt altho it was eatible i really didnt enjoy them :P hehe guess these things take time huh! but for now its a start. Not only that but i also had my 2 pieces of fruit today AND i even ate breakfast(another big issue for me) seems things are gettin into gear! i just gotta keep this up hehehe
I went to the gym again today as well! i did heaps of stuff, was there for about 1 1/2 hours :) soo feeling really good tonight. Off to the gym in the morning for aqua aerobics and then probably a quick workout as well.

Holiday Photos

back home, update!

Ok soooooo much to write!!! well probably not but feels like it since i aint written for ages now. Well firstly we went away for a week, ill post some pics :) was awesome, we travled up to Lakes Entrance for a night at my bfs dads place, then headed up to Merimbula for a night, then drove up the coast to Mollymook. We stayed there for 5 nights, was awesome!!! stayed in a gorgeous place like 10m from the beach, great balcony views, and had an awesome swimming pool which was above the garage and had the best beach views ever! We spent the whole time doin basically nothing hehehe, swam alot in the pool and at the beach, went for beach walks, went out to dinner, went to the club for dirnks, sat on the balcony alot!! u know all that holiday stuff! i soooo didnt wanna come home hehehe
But the best thing was we were there for valentines day :) YAY what a fantastic place to spend valentines day! i had the most awesome day! Sean loved his presents, which is always a great feeling! And he got me awesome presents as well, he gave me a gorgeous card, with all this nice mushy stuff written inside it :) i loved it!!!! and he got me some lovely chocolates, a gorgeous black satin top, and one of those digital photo frames, which was great cause ive wanted one for ages! its very nice, its dark wood, and i put my SD card in there, it has heaps of pics on it and it goes thru them all, looks awesome in the lounge room :) We spent most of the day just messing around in the pool, went for a nice beach walk, went and had drinks at the club overlooking the beach, and then cooked a nice dinner and ate it on the balcony. Was a really good day!
Guess the only problem was, while i was away i went WAY off track! i dunno why but i just have so many problems staying on track when im away. Its like i get in holiday mood and think oh well doesnt matter i deserve it just enjoy myself etc etc. Which is BAD!!! I went to the gym monday once we got back, had weigh in and by their scales had put on 3.7kg, my slim coach was sooooo not happy, but what can ya do! She said i better be perfect this week hehe To make it worse i had my PT session straight after and she knew i put on weight, so she just hammered me!!! was sooo sore, infact still am :P But went to gym tuesday, and wednesday and again today :) YAY for me. Also had bellydancing wednesday night, was great fun :) im really enjoying it. We learnt some new moves for the show we ment to do in august. Plus learnt some other moves etc and even after that i was sore :P i was good afterwards tho, we were planning on having subway BUT it was closed :( BOOOO so we had to have maccas, but i just had a chicken burger and a diet coke, was very proud of myself :)
Did lots at the gym today, im trying to be so perfect this week. Then i came home and cooked a nice honey chicken stir fry! So all in all this week has been a huge improvement on last week when i was away! have weigh in with my slim coach monday after my PT session so im hoping theres some better results this week.

Happy Days:)

This week ive had a great week, been in a great mood and just had a good week hehe :) YAY been to the gym everyday. Went to bellydancing wednesday night hehe it was fun, but kinda hard haha i couldnt remember the moves :P they do a show in august which we can go in, so they are teaching us a dance!!!! There will be 250 people there, and the dance floor is right in the middle of the room with people all around! god dunno if ill be game to do it but ill see, would def be fun :)
Went and got my bfs valentines present today, well rest of, i bought him some shit for his car that he wanted :P it cost like 270, something about air intake etc blah blah, anyways he wanted that so i bought him that and hes already put it in, but today i went and got him, some perfume packs, aramni one with perfume, body wash and something else. Then got the aramni attitude cause he hasnt tried that one yet :) oh then i went and got him a bottle of johnny walker green label!oh and i went to the florist and got this cute lil devil teddy all wrapped up in a cute box etc :) So hes def gettin spoilt this valentines day :P best thing is we are gonna be away at mollymook, staying in a gorgeous room right across from the beach with the best views and awesome balconys :) what a great place to spend valentines day huh! :) cant wait!!!!
I just got back from the gym, did a good workout today, was ment to have weights circuit this morning but had an appointment so couldnt go, but i went this afternoon and did my programme, weights and cardio :) Ill go again tomorrow, then we will be leaving sunday to go away :) means i cant go to the gym for a whole week :( :( BOOOOO but its worth it hehe. If i dont write before i leave, ill write with an update once i get back, hope everyone has a wonderful valentines day!

Busy day!

Today was weigh in day, i got up and jumped on the scales and they showed 130.3, which ment a loss of 1.5kg :) YAY But today was also my weigh in at the gym! when i went to the gym nearlly 2 weeks ago their scales had me 0.2kg higher then mine, but today they showed me as 129!!! WTF? 1.3kg lighter then mine :P oooh how weird huh, but oh well!!! SO went to the appointment with my slim coach today, they took photos and everything hahaha ewwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww! they also did measurements etc :)
Then i went and did a 45 min workout, came home and was out for the rest of the day shopping!! gettin lots of yummy healthy food :) then went off to my PT session at 7pm tonight :) came home and had roast chicken with vege :) YAY for me :P
Tomorrow im off to the gym again :) i booked our hotel at mollymook for next week, so we will be leaving sunday, YAY i love it there! ill have to bring back some great pics! Shame theres not gym haha but its right across the road from the beach, like 5m away! so can def still doin lots of beach walking and swimming etc to keep active while im there :)

Well today i went to geelong and me and Bec and Zayah signed up for belly dancing classes hehehe First class is on wednesday, how exciting :P should be lots of fun, ill have to let ya know how it goes :)
Lauren had a undercover wear party on Saturday and altho i couldnt go cause i was away, i got her to order me lots of stuff :P like over $400 worth hahaha YAY new stuff, i got a few bra underwear sets, some pjs, pants, a few tops etc, cant wait to get them :P
Tomorrow im off to the gym, aint been since wednesday cause i was away :( :(:( :( it sucked!!!! But tomorrow i have an appointment with my slim coach at 11am, and a PT session at 7pm, so i think ill go to my slim appointment and then do a work out and go back for my PT session :)

No Backing Out Now

Today i had my appointment to sign up at the gym as my 2 free trial was over! SO now its offical, i joined up for the gym for 12 months, and also PT sessions, and im gonna try out their weight loss program. Ill kinda do it with ww still checking how many points im eating etc :P but i love the idea of goin to see someone once a week, they weigh me weekly, they measure me monthly and its just someone to talk to and someone to encourage me!! Its really what i need, as being here and not knowing anyone, not seeing family etc the only person i see is my bf and he never comments :P
The ladies there are so nice, today they were all being very supportive and very nice, its just such a great friendly atmosphere and i really love it. Got an appointment at 930 tomorrow and 930 thursday to workout a more long term programme for me :) then Monday got my appointment for the weight loss program and monday night will be my PT session, these 2 appointments will be the same each week, so monday morning weigh in etc, monday nights PT session :) YAY
AND Sunday is the bellydancing sign up :) YAY more fun stuff, this is all so exciting! We were gonna go to lakes entrance but i think Sean wants to go for the weekend and i gotta be back sunday so think hes goin by himself, BUT then he said he doesnt like goin by himself so i dunno whats happenin, but i got appointments till thursday and would have to be back saturday night so dunno :P If i dont end up goin i might go to laurens undercover wear party on saturday :) Oh thats if i can find her house heheh Which will mean such a busy week! but im loving it :)

Weigh In Day!

Today being Monday is my weigh in day, its been nearlly 2 weeks since i started at the gym, and this morning i lost another 1.5kg :) YAY im pretty happy with that. I know i seem to be losing weight a bit slower but im feeling the difference already in my clothes, which took me a long time before when i was losing bigger numbers, weird huh!!!! I was wearing a pair of 3/4 jeans, which were gettin way to tight, couldnt wear them to long and when i sat down i had to move the waist up or down cause it would be cuttin into me BUT i had them on yesterday and they fit perfectly now, sit nicely and dont cut into me and i wore them all day and was very comfortable :) YAY for that!!!
Went to the gym today, did my programme and some bike and tready then got outta there! i hate public holidays hahaha usually i go around that time everyday and its not to busy just got, but today NOOOOO was people on every single machine, basically had to wait to use them! it sucked actaully! thank god not everyday is a public holiday hehe!!!
I got my appointment with the lady tomorrow about signing up to the gym cause my 2 weeks free trail is over! so that should be good. Think we are goin away this week sometime but i gotta be back by sunday to go to Geelong so me and Bec can go to belly dancing enrolment day hehe its gonna be sooo much fun :P cant wait to get started, altho i am a lil nervous i guess, dont wanna look like an idiot :P but then again who cares its just for fun, so fun i will have hehehe lucky we dont have to wear those skimpy outfits hehehe thank god! the world is safe hahaha

YUMMM fried rice!

Tonight we had a bbq, made up a salad for my bf but since i dont eat salad wasnt sure what i was gonna have with my meat! So i decided to make up a ww fried rice :) it was soooo yummmm!and really easy to, makes heaps so ive got lots left for other meals during the week :)
I didnt end up goin to the gym today, slept in then it was to late :P cause they only open till 12 sundays, and once i got up all i wanted to do was go!! it sucked!!!! that will teach me huh! tomorrow being the public holiday they are only open 10 till 1 so ill def have to go!

lovely day

Another lovely day today, so far :) Didnt wanna get outta bed hahaha was gonna use today as my day off from the gym and go tomorrow, but i got up had breakfast and really wanted to go, so away i went :P Was ment to have aqua but like i said before i couldnt, so i just went and did my programme, added a few more weight machines in between and then did 15 mins on the bike, and 10 mins on the tready. I was sooo hot afterwards, but its good to know i worked hard enough to get like that.
I had subway for lunch, it was yummmmmmy :) got my bf maccas :P very proud of myself being able to do that! Its really hot here so dont think we will be doin much today, at the moment just sittin inside with the air con on doin nothing at all hahahah and thats probably what ill do for the rest of the day :P altho im bored already so ill have to find something to amuse myself huh!
Im thinking i might go to the gym tomorrow, even tho its ment to be my day off, but ya never know i might not :P not sure about monday cause being a holiday they only open 10 till 1 or something so dunno if ill go then! Tuesday i got my appointment with the lady about me joining up cause my free trail will be over! i cant believe that for 2 weeks ive been to the gym nearlly everyday YAY go me :P hahahah its exciting and i actaully like it!!!
Im trying to think of a yummy recipe to cook for dinner! I just remembered i got cutlets, so i might make some crumbed cutlets and cook up a yummy healthy side dish! i might go look through some cookbooks now :)

Swimming!

Still goin strong at the gym :) im actaully really proud of myself heheh since i started last tuesday, ive been everyday except sunday(that was my rest day). Monday i tried body balance class, it wasnt for me i dont think, i just cant my body into those positions or hold all my weight up like that! im to fat hahaha so maybe try it again once ive lost some more weight and see how it goes then :P
Today i went swimming at the pool at the gym, was really good i aint been swimming for years like that. Its a 25m pool, and i did 20 laps, so 500m, i was pretty pleased with that, each time ill try and increase it and see how i go :)
Tomorrow its weights circuit i think then boxing circuit on friday, ment to have aqua saturday but i think it will be TTOM so i wont be able to do that ill have to do something else. I dont have PT session this week, cause i only have 1 free, so i have to wait till i actaully sign up to get some :P but im def gonna have PT sessions! i loved them, the trainer i had was awesome, shes young, shes really friendly and happy and just puts me in a good mood :) :) :) :) kinda wish i had one this week hehe, but i think i have her for my weights circuit tomorrow so thats one good thing, not many people do it so its kinda like a PT session anyways :)

Strange Bodies!!

ive decided our bodies are very strange indeed :P usually when im doin ww and i DONT exercise AT ALL i can lose large numbers, especially if i have been off track and i come back i can usually lose 4 or 5kg in the first week without exercise!
Sooooooo this week has been my first week back and ive joined the gym and ive done everyday since tuesday expect sunday and ive really worked hard, tried numerous classes and even had a PT session. Ive been eating perfectly staying within my points etc and my first week back i lost....... wait for it............1.7kg!!!!!!!!!!! NOW i know that is a awesome loss, and im more then happy with it, i just find it very odd that i lose more when i dont exercise at all :P our bodies are def very strange things! BUT im happy, had a great week, im really enjoying the exercise, and im feeling so much for it and the fact that ive lost 1.7 is awesome as well :) so YAY hope i can keep goin this time hehehehe

Aqua Aerobics

Today i had my first aqua aerobics class, and i was a bit nervous, didnt really know what to expect but thought id try it out. It was awesome, was so much fun, could really feel it working!! I felt totally uncordinated tho!!!!! its hard to do some of those under water :P hahahaha But yep all in all was great fun and ill def be goin again :) Probably go once a week.
Food is still really good :) was gonna have red rooster for lunch, till i checked their website and realised there aint anything i like thats low in points! So instead i went and made myself a toasted multigrain bread roll with ham and cheese :) very proud of myself hehehe.
Tonight my bf is goin over to a friends for a few drinks, probably staying over night, so i get the whole house to myself, thinking i might cook up something really yummy from a cookbook or something, and just kick back watch some movies or something :) i love time to myself hehehe.
I think i might go do some cleaning now tho so im not tempted to do it tonight :P

More Gym stuff!

SO today i headed off to the gym again :) YAY im goin everyday expect sunday at the moment. Need a rest day and have the ww meetup with the girls this sunday anyways :) Today i had a weights circuit! it was great, was with the same girl that did my PT session, shes lovely, and was only 2 other girls, so just felt like another PT session :) was really fun!! then i did 20 mins on the bike, was really great :)
Tomorrow i have my aqua class, should be fun, altho i dont like the idea of gettin into my swimmers :P hehehe but should be really good for my muscles etc :)
Been great with food and water today, so seems im really back on track! funny thing is i sneaked at the scales, and i swear when i dont excerise i lose HEAPS and easily to, as soon as i start to exercise i never seem to lose as much hahaha but i dont mind, i just wanna be fitter, and see my body change shape the scales aint so important! hopefuly have a nice loss on monday tho, to keep me so motivated!

Gym Update

ok so the past 2 days been to the gym :) YAY, yesterday i went and had my personal training session at 8am, the girl was great, so lovely, so that was a relief!!! then i went back at 10am and did 30 mins on the bike, and then had a core stability class, but god i felt sooo sick afterwards. Im unsure why but i felt really sick! Im heaps sore today, was nearlly dying this morning!! But i still headed off the gym today about 11, did my program, which included 5 min warm up on the treadmill then lots of weights, squats and crunches, then 15mins on the bike, did 6km, then 5 mins on the cross trainer. The cross trainer kills me hahahaha
Tomorrow i got a weights circuit at 11am, so that should be good, hope they dont work me to hard :P it goes for an hour and being as sore as i am i think im really gonna feel it :P But lucky today i wasnt sick at all after the gym so thats one good thing :) I was talkin to the lady at the gym and she said its great i went back in even tho i was sore, cause my body will get used to it. So we will see how i go tomorrow huh hehehe Saturday i have an aqua class, so that should be fun, and will be good for my muscles to :) cant wait!
Sunday is my gym day off and im heading over to southbank, for the ww meetup with some of the girls :) should be good, cant wait, coffee and a chat, lunch and a walk on the river :)

First day at Gym :)

So today was the first day at the gym, i was really nervous but it went really well! didnt do much of a workout today was mostly being shown around and show to use all the equipment! altho i still did work up a bit of a sweat hehehe The ladies there were all sooo nice, so that was a bit off my mind, cause thats what i was worried about. I have my free personal training session at 8am tomorrow, and then a core stability class at 10am. So inbetween i might go for a bit of a swim or just do some of the machines for a bit cause i dont really wanna go home then go back.
I have my whole 2 week free trail worked out, trying out a variety of classes etc so that once i decide to join(if i do) ill know which classes i enjoy the most and just do them :) On Monday i have my nutritional assessment! it will be interesting thats for sure! ill let ya know what they say, something like oh ur to fat :P hahaha
I just 30 mins on my treadmill and i feel really good! I had a headache before and all i wanted to do was go to bed, but thought nah ill have something to eat then hit the treadmill and i feel better now :) YAY Another early start tomorrow for my PT session :P hehehehehehehe i hope she doesnt kill me :P oh god i hope shes nice!

Gym here i come!!!!

oooh im scared now hahaha i just called and booked an appointment at the gym for 9.30 in the morning!!! im really nervous about it hehe silly i know!! i have been to a gym before but NEVER by myself! I hope it goes well, the ladies i just talked to seemed lovely so i really hope they are nice, cause i really wont feel comfortable goin to a gym where the ladies are bitches hahaha hence the reason its good that i have a 2 week free pass, plus free PT session and free nutrional assessment :) YAY
Anyways besdies my exciting gym new haha Today is my first offical day back on track!! Meaning i had to weigh myself :( i have seriously nearlly put back on EVERYTHING i took all of last year to lose :( :( :( :( :( :( im back up to 135!!!!! which is horrible considering my lowest weight last year was 121 and my starting weight in feb last year was 145!!! but oh well im back now and i think the gym will really help! Ive been able to lose weight before easily, up to about 30kg but its all been without exercise so i think the gym thing is gonna be exactly what im missing!
Ohhhh i gotta go buy some gym clothes today now hahah i dunno what to wear!! what do u wear to the gym?????? haha im freaking out hahahaha how odd! Anyways im off the find something appropriate to wear to the gym in the morning :) :) :) :) :) Wish me luck!!!

New Years Eve

ok so the beginning of the new pics :) these are from new years eve, me and Sean went away to his place at Lakes entrance, it was lovely, we just had a few quiet drinks and watched the fireworks from the balcony over the beach :)

OH GOD!!!

Ok so yesterday i came online and typed a whole lot of stuff and guess what?? it wouldnt work!! ARRGGHHH it didnt post to my blog :( BOOOOO so oh well here goes again!
I cant believe its been nearlly 2 month since i posted! the bad thing not only have i not posted but ive gone WAY off track! :( :( :( :( :( its terrible and i got no excuse for it! But on the bright side im joining the gym next week, since uni doesnt go back till end of Feb im planning on trying to go a few hours a day and have a personal trainer once a week or something! Bec gave me this free 2 week trail thingy so ill try that first :) cant wait im kinda excitied!!
Ive got so much to write but guess what? right now i cant think of anything hahahahaha how sad!! Anyways uni went well last semester :) YAY and im just waiting on results for my financial advising diploma and if i pass this last assignment thats all finished :) i find out monday if im finished it or not :) how exciting!
Ok so im pretty pissed off at myself that its been almost a year since i started ww and im nearlly back where i started :( so disappointing! but that means now is the time for a new beginning! its time to start all over again and make sure i do it right this time! i know i can do if i really put my heart into it! i was goin so well, i just gotta keep goin! i must do it this time! infact i seriously have to get serious about this, i cant go another year with yo yo dieting and ending up fatter then ever!! its not healthy and i WONT do it anymore! so heres to a new year and a new beginning! :)
Ive got lots of new pics to post, ill get around to it sometime hehe hope everyone had a great christmas/new years and hope all u guys out there are going way better then i am!!!
