Goin Away

Tomorrow im leaving for Goulburn for my exams, long drive!! But its ok gonna see my mum, brother and lil nephew while im there. Takes about 8 hours to get there. First exam is on Monday morning, and second one is on Thursday morning, after that im off to Bathurst :) I booked my apartment today! its very flash! pretty expensive, but i thought stuff it may as well enjoy myself and im gonna use that as my 20kg reward :) which im sooo hoping i make on Monday!!!
Anyways so i wont be home for nearlly 2 weeks! its gonna make the whole weight loss thing hard but im sure i can handle it, it shuld be fine while im at mums, but once im in bathurst with my friends etc, i know there will be lots of drinking etc, but ill do my best to stay on track!
So busy today packing, cleaning up, washing, and of course studying!!!!!!! more study tonight :( :( :( :( god i hate studying hahah, Just hope i hope enough to pass these exams, they are worth 70% of final mark and u have to pass the exam to pass the subject!
Ok off to study now and get something for dinner :) ill still have my laptop while im away, so i should still be able to post sometimes, otherwise u will hear all about it when i get back :)

Fantastic Pasta!!!!

OMG tonight i was stuck for dinner ideas but we settled for pasta, so i flicked thru the symply too good to be true cookbooks in search of something that looked yummmm. Came across Penne pasta with creamy bacon sauce. Decided to make this and OMG YUMMMMOOOO tasted better then at the ones we get from the resturant!!! If u got these cook books u sooo gotta try it. Everyone else i know whos tired it also loves it! Feels soo good to have nice creamy pasta because the ones u get out are at least 15 points! a big no no!!!! hahahahaha
Got some study done today but probably not as much as id like cause my bf was from work sick! but hes back to work tomorrow so im sure i can get more done then and maybe some tonight :)

YAY YAY YAY!!!

Ok so as u know weigh in was today, and i was expected maybe 1kg, after my 2.8kg loss last week but nope jumped on the scales and 2.4kg GONE :) i even jumped on the other scales to make sure it was right and yep both scales exactly the same amount!!! Im sooo happy, Now i really know im back on track!!!!!
This brings my total loss to 19.8kg!!! only 200g till 20kg loss :) :) :) soo happy about that to, sooo close i can feel it!!! 20kg loss is my first BIG goal so its such a great feeling to be nearlly there!! Should make it this week but u never know! anything can happen. Ive got alot of study to do so hoping that doesnt interfer with my eating, then on Sat im off up to Goulburn to see family and for my exams! my first exam is monday morning, and ill be at mums so ill have to take my scales and weigh myself up there :P then next exam is thursday! after that im off to Bathurst to see my friends for a few days :) this could be bad bad bad for my weight loss, i know there will be lots of drinking!!!! Then my bestest friend is comin back down to melb with me to visit for a week or so, so that will be hard on the weight loss to hahaha. Ill then drive her all the way back to bathurst before the 15th and come back just in time for my brother to visit so we can go to the NRL game in Melb, storm vs knights, hes team vs my team hahah. Then once he goes its my birthday :) ooooh and then 2 days after my birthday i have another exam, so i gotta fit in study somewhere as well!!!!!! OOOH GOD thats like a month from now and i have everyday planned basically hahahaha sooo busy!!!!! See how i go anyways heheh
Anyways im sooo happy today :) back to the study tho!! nothing can ruin my mood today hehe :) :) HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY!!!
My poor bf is home sick tho :( poor bubby, so looking after him to. Hope he gets better soon, hate seeing him sick

AARRRRGGG study sux!!

Ive been nothing but study study study study and im sick of it already and i still got nearlly 2 weeks of it! have a break for a few days then another 2 weeks of it AAARRRRGGG im goin crazy hahaha
Anyways the good news is this week has been great foodwise :) ive been eatin all good food and staying within my points, ive only been drinking water and 1 glass of OJ a day, no diet coke, coke zero, pepsi max etc :) YAY
Tonight i made this kinda quiche with a base of breadcrumbs it was yummmy, only 4.5 points a slice and i had it with some healthy choice oven chips and gravy so only 7.5 points all up :) my bf loved it to, which is good cause he will eat the rest and i wont have to be tempted by it heheheh!
Weigh in is only 1 day away really, i cant wait till monday cause i really wanna see how this week went, i went great last week but i really need 2 good weeks to know if im really back on track! so heres hoping for something good. My goal for the end of the month is 124.9kg, if i can make it to 124.8 that will be 20KG GONE!!! ooooh wow i hope i can do that by the end of the month, i should have done it last month but with all my stuffing around all i can hope for is this month :) See how i go hehehe can only try huh
oooh i got some jarrah hot choc yesterday and had some last night and yummmmm, i only made it on water didnt even need milk and it was great!! really thought id need milk but nope :) im gonna have another one tonight later, its soo good especially when its this cold :) hehe

soooo cold!!!

My god its cold here today, its actually really icy :( its so tho im in front of the lil fan heater and got our central heating on :) hehehe It just makes me sooo unmotivated when its cold like this hehehe.
I got my assignments all done :) YAY now got about a week to study for exams!! Oh god i hate exams :( But the good thing is im goin back to goulburn for exams so ill get to see my mum, my brother and my lil nephew James :) and then after exams im gonna go over to bathurst to see my friends :) YAY gonna stay there a few days and catch up with everyone. Miss them all sooooo much so its gonna be sooooo good, im really excitied, just gotta get the stupid exams outta the way first!!! then once thats done i got 2 more exams in july :( only 2 days after my birthday BOOOOOOO! they are gonna be HARD, by then uni will be back so more assignments!!!! just great!!! oh well has to be done hehehe.
I been eating sooo well this week, very proud of myself :) weigh in is monday so i gotta keep it up till then. I always find weekends the hardest and while im studying its so hard to not munch on everything in site! BUT i will do it!!! i will, i will, i will :) heheh
I just started some digital scrapbooking with the help of some of the girls on CK website :) its soo much fun and makes photos look fantastic! i can waste hours and hours doin that :P hehehe not that its wasted but time just flies away while ur doin it :P

Weigh in day :)

Ok well today i weighed in and lost 2.8kg :) YAY very happy about that, means im finally gettin back on track, after wasting a few weeks!! im back up to 17.4kg in total in 18 weeks, so i cant complain about that. I guess we all have our ups and downs, and well since i had a very bad down then im hoping for a very good up hahahaha :)
Normally on weigh in day i have something naughty as a kinda reward but i found that i dont need to do this anymore. My bf had hungry jacks and so i just had a grilled chicken burger, only 5.5 points so im happy i stayed away from bad foods even with all the temptation hehehe.
Its kinda cold here today and im ment to be doin an assignment thats due tomrorow. I aint done much of it oooops! im sure ill get it done tho ive got till midnight tomorrow night so im good i think hahaha. I dunno what ill be having for dinner tonight but i know it will def be within points, the last few weeks ive been up and down and up and down and up and down, so i REALLY need to be on track for 2 weeks to show im really back into it properly! i hate goin up and down it just defeats the purpose i think :)
Anyways im goin to try and get this assignment done and find something for a snack, once again im avoiding temptation, my bf is having chocolate, it looks sooo yummmmmmy but nope no chocolate for me :) im very proud of myself! Lets just hope this lasts!

Still on track :) YAY me

Today has been good :) i had Oj for breaky again (2 points) for lunch i had 97% fat free frozen lasagna(5 points) Snacks i had 1 crumpet with butter and vegemite(1.5 points), aero choc mousse(1 point) and for dinner i had chicken and cheese snitzel(7.5 points), mash potato and gravy(3 points) and vegies(1 point) which brings me to 21points :) YAY thats the closest ive been to my points in ages, ment to have 25 :)
Last night i joined the calorie king website as well, and apparently im ment to have 2000 calories a day, ill have to check out how many i have been having. But that site is great when u join they give u meal plans and everything :) i like that idea, and just like the ww boards the people on the forums seem very very very nice :)
OOOOOH we got a wine fridge today, its very sexy, holds 40 bottles of wine, its nice and silver, has a glass door on the front, looks really good :)
Oh god i feel sooooo full, i aint felt this full in ages, obviously i should be eatin more so ill see how it goes :) Only 2 days till weigh in, lets hope that goes good. I might goin to the AFL on sunday! weird for me, im from NSW and a total NRL fan, never even watched a whole game of AFL but my bf got tickets from work so why not hahah could be fun

HOW COOL!!

i copied Claires idea to put this on my blog i think its soo cool, thankx for the idea Claire :) Anyways i thought it was just some weird random thing BUT i tried two different photos and acutally got a few of the same people. Just something cool to play with :) hehehe kept me entertained for awhile anyways :) hehehehe
Im still being good tonight, since i last wrote ive only drank water and i had a snack, 2 crumpets with vegemite :) all still in points YAY for me. Drinking sooo much water to!!!!!!!! Anyways im goin back to play with this photo thingy hehe :)

Yet another day on track :)

WOOOOOHHOOOOOO another day gone and i have managed to stay on track :) YAY for me! pretty exciting i think :) hmmm had Oj for breakfast again today, and a ham and cheese breadroll for lunch, and for dinner i had a roast pork roll with gravy :) not the best dinner but were out doin shopping and it was the best thing i could think of hehe, still well within points, i still got hmm heaps of points left! Im soooo PISSED OFF at the ww points tracker it seriously wont save anything i put into, or it saves bits and pieces and then forgets it or something, or i put in my food and it still says i got my full points!!! I mean WTF??? it just shits me because i use the points tracker every single day!!! its the only reason i still pay for online and if it aint gonna work or i cant get it to work properly then whats the point!!!!! Ive been using it for 4 months and never had a problem before so i just dont get it :( :( :( :( : (:( :(
We went shopping tonight and bought a wine cooler fridge :) its very sexy looking and will look fantastic in the kitchen :) nice glass door at the front and space for me to store 40 bottles of my fav wine :) YAY
My bf is dying hes hair tonight, he has purple stuff everywhere :P very sexy hahaha i took a photo of him covered in purple hair dye was gonna put it on here but i better not hahaha he would kill me, even tho he doesnt know this blog exists but still i wouldnt do that heheheh
OOOH weigh in is only 3 days away, god i hope i can keep on track, i know once i can get a good week i shld be able to keep goin :) ive gotta be bridesmaid at a wedding in August so i really need to lose more weight by then!! BUT the dress is GROSS!!! it looks like something i would wear to a fancy dress party, dressed as a pixie!!!! GREAT, i try and lose all this weight by then and yet im still gonna look horrible hahahahahahaha just my luck
Hmm i have written more then enough to bore everyone to death so i should get goin, gotta go help my bf get all the purple dye off his skin :P Oh and do uni work :( got an assignment due next week FUN FUN FUN FUN!!!
Ohhh no i just remembered this weekend is the long weekend! we usually do things on the long weekend which always ends with me eating lots and drinking lots!! DAMN IT now im gonna have to be even stronger for the next 3 days!!!! oh well i know i can do it, its now or never!!!

Another day on track :)

Ok sooooooo today has been another good day :) YAY for me, ok so i know its only 3 days but hey this is pretty big for me at the moment hehe. Although i didnt have breakfast today, thats something i know i gotta start doin and im trying!!! :) For lunch i had a ham and cheese bread roll(4.5 points) and for dinner im having roast pork and roasted potatoes with gravy(10 points) and something yummy for dessert hmmm probably turkish delight ice cream(1.5 points) cause i bought some today since we ran out hehehe.
I did walking again today :) so thats another good thing. Didnt really get up to much today, i went and done the shopping etc that took forever was soooooo busy!!!! and then came home and starting cooking my roast YUMMMM my whole house smells like roast pork its great hehe! OOOOOh im making myself hungry just thinking about it, should be ready soon, about 30 mins or less :)
I been drinking water like crazy hehehe, and only had a small glass of coke zero today so theres another good thing :) WOW im being really good hehe hopefully i can keep this up, just really wanna get to that 20kg, i was so close before my stuff up, got to 18.4kg. But thats ok everything has its ups and downs so ill get there soon enough :)

Ok Todays Update

ok so im back to update my food eaten for today :) Like i said i had OJ for breakfast(2points), lunch i had vegemite and cheese toasted sandwich(4 points), then for dinner i have diet coke chicken with rice(6 points) dessert i had fruit salad and custard again YUMMM(1.5 points). This only brings me to 13.5 points for the day!!!!! DAMN IT. I had also planned my late night snack as a chicken noodle cup of soup, but thats only 0.5points! making 14 points! Im ment to have 25! SO i think ill have to have something a bit more for my snack tonight and see how that goes :)
Anyways thats all, since im writing so much lately im running outta things to write hehehe.

Gettin there :)

Ok so yesterday was first day back on track and was really good, im quite impressed with myself hehehe. I had umm orange juice for breakfast(imnot a breakfast person so this was good for me :P) 2 points.Then i had noodles for lunch with a piece of bread and butter(6 points). Dinner i had bacon and eggs on toast(7 points) and ww fruit salad and ww custard for dessert (1.5 points) and midnight snack(as im always up very late hehehe) vegemite sandwich (4 points) total 21.5 points! im ment to have 25 points but thast close enough for me, i just often cant eat them all :( Plus of course about 2.5L water :) no soft drink, so im pretty happy with my day yesterday :)
Today is goin good, had orange juice for breakfast again(2 points), lunch i have not had yet :P but im gonna cook diet coke chicken for dinner tonight with probably rice :) i was thinking i should have vege but rice sounds so much better. Ill ya know how the rest of my day goes later :) see if i can stay in points again :) i either cant eat all my points or i eat to many! i just go from exterme to the other!!!! AARRGGGG its frustrating!!!
Oh i did walkin on the treadmill yesterday for 30 mins :) so im pretty happy with that to.
Oh i got a new laptop, mine was stuffed, was soo slow and crap, and i been looking for one but couldnt find one i liked, then last week my bf comes home from work and says oh i bought u a present today and gives me a brand new laptop :) :) :) :) YAY me im sooo lucky, hes wonderful.
I also got a uni assignment back today, it was really hard and i was convinced most of it was wrong but guess what??? i got 81% YAY for me again, thats a distinction so really happy with that. My best friend helped me out she is great :) shes in Bathurst and has perviously done the subject and has the text so she asked me what questions i had to do and she done some of them for me cause i had 4 assignments at once :) once again im so very lucky to have such great people in my life :)
Ok WOW ive written heaps today! im gonna go grab something for lunch and get my chicken out for tonight :) YUMM i aint tried the diet coke chicken before so should be interesting. Will post later. Oh ill be posting heaps in the next few days just really need to keep myself motivated and i find posting on here really helps :)

Think im back!!!

Ok so the the past 2 weeks i have gone way off track :( not only did not even bother to weigh myself last week, but ive been eating crap, lots of crap!!!! i dunno what happened it was like i didnt even care!!! So now im back and hoping i can back into it all! i weighed myself this morning, and have put on 3.7kg in the past 2 weeks :( but now i have a starting point, i gotta try and fix this. This week i hope goes well, i wasted a whole month basically as what i am now is what i was at the start of May :( but thats ok im not in any hurry to get there, as long as i get there heheh
Anyways im off to have some HEALTHY lunch and ill keep ya up to date on how this week is goin. Gonna post everyday just to keep myself motivated. Ater lunch im goin for a walk :) GOODLUCK to me this week im gonna need it!!!!!!
