Smashed my time :)

Im soo happy with myself tonight, the past few weeks ive been trying to see how fast i can do 1km on the treadmill walkin/jogging, and before tonight my fastest was 9 mins 40 secs, tonight first time around i did it in 8 mins 20 secs :) i felt sooo proud of myself i almost cried hehe. Second time around i still managed to beat my old best and did it in 9 mins 20 secs :) so im proud tonight hehe. Just had to share my excitment :)

Visit from my mum :)

Yesterday my mum came to visit for the day :) it was really good because she lives about 8 hours away and i dont see her alot. We went and had coffee on the beach, well she had coffee and i had water, sat and chatted for awhile, and then decided to go into the city on the train and do some shopping, and have some lunch. I was pretty good at my lunch decisions to :) YAY had a really nice grilled chicken and cheese open sandwich was yummmy. Anyways i took some nice pictures of the beach so thought id share them with u all :)
Weighin is Monday, lookin forward to it in a way but not in another way :P ive been eatin good all week, tracking and lots of water just havnt had alot of time for exercise, so hope it doesnt change my weight loss to much. I still have no rewarded myself for making 10kg or for making GWEM so i think ill have to have a good think about that, might find something nice in Perth when im over there at easter :)

SO HAPPY

YAY today i got to 10KG, thats a big deal for me, its like the first big hurdle on my weight loss journey! I weighed in this morning and i lost 1.4kg, which takes me to 10.3kg in 7 weeks. I also made my GWEM this week, my goal was 135, and i made it to 134.5 :) SOooooo happy cause ive worked so hard this week, ive been tracking everything, drinking lots of water, eating good, using the treadmill, walkin on the beach & skipping, so its really nice to know the hard work has paid off. I gotta reward myself for making 10kg just not sure how yet, ill think of something good hehehe. SOOOO HAPPY YAY FOR ME :)

Hoping for a good week

This week im being really good, ive tracked everything ive eaten. I usually do anyways, but i havnt gone over points, im eating good, lots of vege etc. Im doin more and more on the treadmill, Im actually starting to jog/run now :) OMG its sooo exciting, i must admitt im stuffed afterwards but hey im still doin it :)
This week i need to lose 0.9kg to get to GWEM and 1.1kg to get to 10kg Lost. Im sooo hoping for this thats why im working so hard this week. Its gonna be made even harder this week because my weigh in is Monday, but i also have 2 uni assignments due Monday which are not even started so ive got alot of work to do with that to. Busy busy busy week hopefully by Monday ill be able to say ok the assignments are done and ive had a great loss this week :) YAY but then again its comin up to TTOM so im hoping that doesnt ruin this week for me! But heres to a great week and ill let ya know how it all goes, better get to that uni work, oooh hmm i might go do a bit more housework first haha the things id do to avoid uni work hehe BAD BAD BAD BAD!!!! I gotta get this done :P

Weigh in day

After my horrible week last week, i was very pleased when i got on the scales today and noticed i had lost 2.3kg this week :) im soooo happy about that, ive now lost 8.9kg in 6 weeks! YAY ill have to keep up all the extra exercise this week i think and hopefully get a loss next week as well :)

Weigh in tomorrow!!!!

Tomorrow i gotta weigh in, kinda looking forward to it cause i really wanna see if i have lost this week. Dont think i could handle puttin on 2 weeks in a row :( But this week ive been using the treadmill heaps, im trying to see how fast i can do 1km in. So far its not great, my fastest time is 9 mins 40 secs, but i still thought that was great :) and im more then happy with that. So i been doin that twice to three times a day, and i must say after each 1km im really exhausted i really push myself to try and go faster so im really proud of myself. Just hope it shows at weigh in tomorrow morning. Im truely hoping to at least lose the 0.6kg i put on last week, i would be more then happy with that, and anything else is a total bonus. Guess ill see tomorrow morning anyways :)
Oh i made the butter chicken that was on the ww boards and just like everyone else i thought it was truely great, i had it last night with a lil bit of rice and had some more tonight as well :) Even my bf liked it, he is gonna take the rest to work for lunch tomrrow :)
Im gonna try and make a creamy garlic chicken, i had a recipe i used to make but it had cream etc in it so would be very high in points, thought i might try it out with light evaporated milk and see how that goes. I totally love it but dont wanna be eating it unless i can make one thats lower in points, and hey for all i know might even taste better :)
Anyways im all hot and sweaty from my walk/run so im off to the shower. Will update tomorrow after weigh in to see if its good news or not :P

Back At It

Ok so after my horrible weekend food wise, im back at it again and am pleased that the past 2 days have been perfect, i have stayed well within my points and half been walkin 45 mins a day on the treadmill. This week am really aiming to just lose the 0.6kg i put on last week, anything more then that will be a bonus. I been finding it hard to eat all my points, so tonight i had an extra piece of fish to make up some points :) just gotta be careful with what foods im making up my points. I dont wanna go eat chocolate or ice cream or something just to make up points, so i figured a piece of fish would be a great way to do it. Althought i was still under my points today, but im gettin better so thats the main thing. Weigh in is still 3 days away! hopefully they go perfectly and i can get rid of that 0.6kg gain :)
Anyways tomorrow im gonna do another 45 mins walkin on the treadmill and eat as perfectly as i can :) Drinking sooo much water it aint funny!! OH we bought a sodastream :) i used to have one when i was little, always wanted another one so we got one :) its great they even have sugar free flavouring for them now :) and even just water it is pretty good as it makes it alot more filling so i dont feel the need to snack as much!
Anyways will keep u posted on my next 3 days and my weigh in Monday, im kinda excitied hoping i lose this week :)

First Gain :(

Ok so this past week hasnt been so great, started off really well, but with the long weekend we decided to go visit my bfs dad in Lakes Entrance. Hmmmmm bad idea, well for weight loss haha but i had a great time so its ok i guess its worth it. I didnt eat alot just all the wrong things. Anyways it lead to me puttin on 0.6kg this week, my first gain since i started :(
We just got home very late last night, so today is another day and im back on track and hoping to re-lose my 0.6kg gain this week :) Soooo heres to hoping that will happen heheh.

Tickets, tickets, tickets

Im excited today because 1. Im goin to see 30 seconds to mars in concert YAY cant wait, Jared Leto is soooo hot, and they are an awesome band so that will be great, we got tickets, it in May so really looking forward to that.
Also today i got tickets to see John Edward. If u dont know who he is, hes off that show crossin over, he communicates with the dead etc, so that should be really interesting. Got good seats to, right near the front :) but that aint till Nov! But it will be worth the wait.
Just wanted to share my excitment :) hehehe

4th Weigh in :)

Today i had my 4th weigh in and im very happy i actually lost 1.2kg, taking my total to 7.2kg in 4 weeks :) YAY im sooo happy with that. I also did my measurments today since its one month and im gonna do them every month, lost a few cms to so thats great :) Just wanted to share the good news

4th Weigh in tomorrow

Tomorrow will be my 4th weigh in, i always look forward to weigh ins in a way but i stress out about them to. Im not expected much this week, as last week i lost 2kg, so only expecting small amounts this week. But that being im happy with anything thats a loss :) Had a decent week this week, not great but not bad. Ive never gone over my points, but some of the food ive had hasnt wonderful :P i mean its not bad stuff but just not really good either. So i guess ill see how i go this week. Of course ill write again tomorrow with my weigh in results, oh and since its my 4th weigh in that makes it a month and im doin my measurements once a month, so ill have to do them to. Kinda hard to do them urself but i still get a rough idea of what they are.
Hopefully tomorrow goes well, ive just finished my lovely dinner, had these grilled chicken breasts, they are just frozen ones from the supermarket but they are great :) and 1.5 points each, i was gonna have 2 i even cooked 2, that would have been only 2.5 points for the both, but i was full after one :P so yeah i just had that and some vege :) im kinda gettin used to vege, not a fan tho ewwwwwww. So basically i have frozen mixed vege, probably not as good but its the only way ill eat vege so better then nothing hehe :) Im off to drink lots of water before bed hehehe ok not lots i dont wanna be up all night goin to the toilet.

New Top :)

YAY i got my new top i bought from ebay today :) its great, good thing is tho i bought it slightly smaller then normal so it will still be great if i keep losing weight. I mean it fits now, slightly tight, but once i lose some more weight it will just start looking even better and better :) YAY I had never bought clothes from ebay before so wasnt sure what i was gonna be gettin, but i am very pleased. Its a brand new top from america and i love it. Oh i have a picture of it to, here it is. Its cute hehe

So anyways just wanted to share that im happy with my recent reward for losing 5kg :) This week is goin ok food wise, except last night we had fish and chips!!!! OMG probably the worst thing i could have!!! But oh well ill make sure i make up for it with exercise and eatin perfectly.

Oh i joined GWEM this month, was a bit to late last month as i didnt join ww till 5th feb. My starting weight is 138.8kg and my GWEM is 135kg. This is the first time i have done this so im not sure if my goal should be higher or lower haha but that would make a 3.8 loss in the month which i would be more then happy with :)
