No Backing Out Now

Today i had my appointment to sign up at the gym as my 2 free trial was over! SO now its offical, i joined up for the gym for 12 months, and also PT sessions, and im gonna try out their weight loss program. Ill kinda do it with ww still checking how many points im eating etc :P but i love the idea of goin to see someone once a week, they weigh me weekly, they measure me monthly and its just someone to talk to and someone to encourage me!! Its really what i need, as being here and not knowing anyone, not seeing family etc the only person i see is my bf and he never comments :P
The ladies there are so nice, today they were all being very supportive and very nice, its just such a great friendly atmosphere and i really love it. Got an appointment at 930 tomorrow and 930 thursday to workout a more long term programme for me :) then Monday got my appointment for the weight loss program and monday night will be my PT session, these 2 appointments will be the same each week, so monday morning weigh in etc, monday nights PT session :) YAY
AND Sunday is the bellydancing sign up :) YAY more fun stuff, this is all so exciting! We were gonna go to lakes entrance but i think Sean wants to go for the weekend and i gotta be back sunday so think hes goin by himself, BUT then he said he doesnt like goin by himself so i dunno whats happenin, but i got appointments till thursday and would have to be back saturday night so dunno :P If i dont end up goin i might go to laurens undercover wear party on saturday :) Oh thats if i can find her house heheh Which will mean such a busy week! but im loving it :)

Weigh In Day!

Today being Monday is my weigh in day, its been nearlly 2 weeks since i started at the gym, and this morning i lost another 1.5kg :) YAY im pretty happy with that. I know i seem to be losing weight a bit slower but im feeling the difference already in my clothes, which took me a long time before when i was losing bigger numbers, weird huh!!!! I was wearing a pair of 3/4 jeans, which were gettin way to tight, couldnt wear them to long and when i sat down i had to move the waist up or down cause it would be cuttin into me BUT i had them on yesterday and they fit perfectly now, sit nicely and dont cut into me and i wore them all day and was very comfortable :) YAY for that!!!
Went to the gym today, did my programme and some bike and tready then got outta there! i hate public holidays hahaha usually i go around that time everyday and its not to busy just got, but today NOOOOO was people on every single machine, basically had to wait to use them! it sucked actaully! thank god not everyday is a public holiday hehe!!!
I got my appointment with the lady tomorrow about signing up to the gym cause my 2 weeks free trail is over! so that should be good. Think we are goin away this week sometime but i gotta be back by sunday to go to Geelong so me and Bec can go to belly dancing enrolment day hehe its gonna be sooo much fun :P cant wait to get started, altho i am a lil nervous i guess, dont wanna look like an idiot :P but then again who cares its just for fun, so fun i will have hehehe lucky we dont have to wear those skimpy outfits hehehe thank god! the world is safe hahaha

YUMMM fried rice!

Tonight we had a bbq, made up a salad for my bf but since i dont eat salad wasnt sure what i was gonna have with my meat! So i decided to make up a ww fried rice :) it was soooo yummmm!and really easy to, makes heaps so ive got lots left for other meals during the week :)
I didnt end up goin to the gym today, slept in then it was to late :P cause they only open till 12 sundays, and once i got up all i wanted to do was go!! it sucked!!!! that will teach me huh! tomorrow being the public holiday they are only open 10 till 1 so ill def have to go!

lovely day

Another lovely day today, so far :) Didnt wanna get outta bed hahaha was gonna use today as my day off from the gym and go tomorrow, but i got up had breakfast and really wanted to go, so away i went :P Was ment to have aqua but like i said before i couldnt, so i just went and did my programme, added a few more weight machines in between and then did 15 mins on the bike, and 10 mins on the tready. I was sooo hot afterwards, but its good to know i worked hard enough to get like that.
I had subway for lunch, it was yummmmmmy :) got my bf maccas :P very proud of myself being able to do that! Its really hot here so dont think we will be doin much today, at the moment just sittin inside with the air con on doin nothing at all hahahah and thats probably what ill do for the rest of the day :P altho im bored already so ill have to find something to amuse myself huh!
Im thinking i might go to the gym tomorrow, even tho its ment to be my day off, but ya never know i might not :P not sure about monday cause being a holiday they only open 10 till 1 or something so dunno if ill go then! Tuesday i got my appointment with the lady about me joining up cause my free trail will be over! i cant believe that for 2 weeks ive been to the gym nearlly everyday YAY go me :P hahahah its exciting and i actaully like it!!!
Im trying to think of a yummy recipe to cook for dinner! I just remembered i got cutlets, so i might make some crumbed cutlets and cook up a yummy healthy side dish! i might go look through some cookbooks now :)

Swimming!

Still goin strong at the gym :) im actaully really proud of myself heheh since i started last tuesday, ive been everyday except sunday(that was my rest day). Monday i tried body balance class, it wasnt for me i dont think, i just cant my body into those positions or hold all my weight up like that! im to fat hahaha so maybe try it again once ive lost some more weight and see how it goes then :P
Today i went swimming at the pool at the gym, was really good i aint been swimming for years like that. Its a 25m pool, and i did 20 laps, so 500m, i was pretty pleased with that, each time ill try and increase it and see how i go :)
Tomorrow its weights circuit i think then boxing circuit on friday, ment to have aqua saturday but i think it will be TTOM so i wont be able to do that ill have to do something else. I dont have PT session this week, cause i only have 1 free, so i have to wait till i actaully sign up to get some :P but im def gonna have PT sessions! i loved them, the trainer i had was awesome, shes young, shes really friendly and happy and just puts me in a good mood :) :) :) :) kinda wish i had one this week hehe, but i think i have her for my weights circuit tomorrow so thats one good thing, not many people do it so its kinda like a PT session anyways :)

Strange Bodies!!

ive decided our bodies are very strange indeed :P usually when im doin ww and i DONT exercise AT ALL i can lose large numbers, especially if i have been off track and i come back i can usually lose 4 or 5kg in the first week without exercise!
Sooooooo this week has been my first week back and ive joined the gym and ive done everyday since tuesday expect sunday and ive really worked hard, tried numerous classes and even had a PT session. Ive been eating perfectly staying within my points etc and my first week back i lost....... wait for it............1.7kg!!!!!!!!!!! NOW i know that is a awesome loss, and im more then happy with it, i just find it very odd that i lose more when i dont exercise at all :P our bodies are def very strange things! BUT im happy, had a great week, im really enjoying the exercise, and im feeling so much for it and the fact that ive lost 1.7 is awesome as well :) so YAY hope i can keep goin this time hehehehe

Aqua Aerobics

Today i had my first aqua aerobics class, and i was a bit nervous, didnt really know what to expect but thought id try it out. It was awesome, was so much fun, could really feel it working!! I felt totally uncordinated tho!!!!! its hard to do some of those under water :P hahahaha But yep all in all was great fun and ill def be goin again :) Probably go once a week.
Food is still really good :) was gonna have red rooster for lunch, till i checked their website and realised there aint anything i like thats low in points! So instead i went and made myself a toasted multigrain bread roll with ham and cheese :) very proud of myself hehehe.
Tonight my bf is goin over to a friends for a few drinks, probably staying over night, so i get the whole house to myself, thinking i might cook up something really yummy from a cookbook or something, and just kick back watch some movies or something :) i love time to myself hehehe.
I think i might go do some cleaning now tho so im not tempted to do it tonight :P

More Gym stuff!

SO today i headed off to the gym again :) YAY im goin everyday expect sunday at the moment. Need a rest day and have the ww meetup with the girls this sunday anyways :) Today i had a weights circuit! it was great, was with the same girl that did my PT session, shes lovely, and was only 2 other girls, so just felt like another PT session :) was really fun!! then i did 20 mins on the bike, was really great :)
Tomorrow i have my aqua class, should be fun, altho i dont like the idea of gettin into my swimmers :P hehehe but should be really good for my muscles etc :)
Been great with food and water today, so seems im really back on track! funny thing is i sneaked at the scales, and i swear when i dont excerise i lose HEAPS and easily to, as soon as i start to exercise i never seem to lose as much hahaha but i dont mind, i just wanna be fitter, and see my body change shape the scales aint so important! hopefuly have a nice loss on monday tho, to keep me so motivated!

Gym Update

ok so the past 2 days been to the gym :) YAY, yesterday i went and had my personal training session at 8am, the girl was great, so lovely, so that was a relief!!! then i went back at 10am and did 30 mins on the bike, and then had a core stability class, but god i felt sooo sick afterwards. Im unsure why but i felt really sick! Im heaps sore today, was nearlly dying this morning!! But i still headed off the gym today about 11, did my program, which included 5 min warm up on the treadmill then lots of weights, squats and crunches, then 15mins on the bike, did 6km, then 5 mins on the cross trainer. The cross trainer kills me hahahaha
Tomorrow i got a weights circuit at 11am, so that should be good, hope they dont work me to hard :P it goes for an hour and being as sore as i am i think im really gonna feel it :P But lucky today i wasnt sick at all after the gym so thats one good thing :) I was talkin to the lady at the gym and she said its great i went back in even tho i was sore, cause my body will get used to it. So we will see how i go tomorrow huh hehehe Saturday i have an aqua class, so that should be fun, and will be good for my muscles to :) cant wait!
Sunday is my gym day off and im heading over to southbank, for the ww meetup with some of the girls :) should be good, cant wait, coffee and a chat, lunch and a walk on the river :)

First day at Gym :)

So today was the first day at the gym, i was really nervous but it went really well! didnt do much of a workout today was mostly being shown around and show to use all the equipment! altho i still did work up a bit of a sweat hehehe The ladies there were all sooo nice, so that was a bit off my mind, cause thats what i was worried about. I have my free personal training session at 8am tomorrow, and then a core stability class at 10am. So inbetween i might go for a bit of a swim or just do some of the machines for a bit cause i dont really wanna go home then go back.
I have my whole 2 week free trail worked out, trying out a variety of classes etc so that once i decide to join(if i do) ill know which classes i enjoy the most and just do them :) On Monday i have my nutritional assessment! it will be interesting thats for sure! ill let ya know what they say, something like oh ur to fat :P hahaha
I just 30 mins on my treadmill and i feel really good! I had a headache before and all i wanted to do was go to bed, but thought nah ill have something to eat then hit the treadmill and i feel better now :) YAY Another early start tomorrow for my PT session :P hehehehehehehe i hope she doesnt kill me :P oh god i hope shes nice!

Gym here i come!!!!

oooh im scared now hahaha i just called and booked an appointment at the gym for 9.30 in the morning!!! im really nervous about it hehe silly i know!! i have been to a gym before but NEVER by myself! I hope it goes well, the ladies i just talked to seemed lovely so i really hope they are nice, cause i really wont feel comfortable goin to a gym where the ladies are bitches hahaha hence the reason its good that i have a 2 week free pass, plus free PT session and free nutrional assessment :) YAY
Anyways besdies my exciting gym new haha Today is my first offical day back on track!! Meaning i had to weigh myself :( i have seriously nearlly put back on EVERYTHING i took all of last year to lose :( :( :( :( :( :( im back up to 135!!!!! which is horrible considering my lowest weight last year was 121 and my starting weight in feb last year was 145!!! but oh well im back now and i think the gym will really help! Ive been able to lose weight before easily, up to about 30kg but its all been without exercise so i think the gym thing is gonna be exactly what im missing!
Ohhhh i gotta go buy some gym clothes today now hahah i dunno what to wear!! what do u wear to the gym?????? haha im freaking out hahahaha how odd! Anyways im off the find something appropriate to wear to the gym in the morning :) :) :) :) :) Wish me luck!!!

New Years Eve

ok so the beginning of the new pics :) these are from new years eve, me and Sean went away to his place at Lakes entrance, it was lovely, we just had a few quiet drinks and watched the fireworks from the balcony over the beach :)

OH GOD!!!

Ok so yesterday i came online and typed a whole lot of stuff and guess what?? it wouldnt work!! ARRGGHHH it didnt post to my blog :( BOOOOO so oh well here goes again!
I cant believe its been nearlly 2 month since i posted! the bad thing not only have i not posted but ive gone WAY off track! :( :( :( :( :( its terrible and i got no excuse for it! But on the bright side im joining the gym next week, since uni doesnt go back till end of Feb im planning on trying to go a few hours a day and have a personal trainer once a week or something! Bec gave me this free 2 week trail thingy so ill try that first :) cant wait im kinda excitied!!
Ive got so much to write but guess what? right now i cant think of anything hahahahaha how sad!! Anyways uni went well last semester :) YAY and im just waiting on results for my financial advising diploma and if i pass this last assignment thats all finished :) i find out monday if im finished it or not :) how exciting!
Ok so im pretty pissed off at myself that its been almost a year since i started ww and im nearlly back where i started :( so disappointing! but that means now is the time for a new beginning! its time to start all over again and make sure i do it right this time! i know i can do if i really put my heart into it! i was goin so well, i just gotta keep goin! i must do it this time! infact i seriously have to get serious about this, i cant go another year with yo yo dieting and ending up fatter then ever!! its not healthy and i WONT do it anymore! so heres to a new year and a new beginning! :)
Ive got lots of new pics to post, ill get around to it sometime hehe hope everyone had a great christmas/new years and hope all u guys out there are going way better then i am!!!
