16.1kg GONE forever :)

Had my 12th weigh in today :) and lost another 1.2kg YAY, really happy with that. Ive made it past 15kg, 16.1kg down, and im never puttin that back on again!!!! and WOW only 3.9kg to go till 20kg how amazing, cant wait to get to 20kg, sometime by the end of May start of June i hope :)
I been really busy lately with uni work, had an assingment due today and i just handed it in :) feels to good to have it gone, it wasnt very good but it was done at least, better then nothing hehe. Now i got a break for about a week :)
Im gettin my hair done tomorrow, i made an appointment for 1pm :) dunno what im gettin down, but it will be good hehe. Then on wednesday night we are off to the 30 seconds mars concert, so tomorrow i think ill go buy a new outfit as well :) Oh and then on Thursday my mum is comin to visit for the day, so will be good to spend the day with her. THEN Monday my friend is comin down from Bathurst to stay for about 5 days, cant wait for that, since i been missin my friends heaps. That will make the weight loss hard but im sure i can handle it hehe. Straight after Diana goes back, i have an exam :( its for my financial advising course and with all the work ive been doin for my other course i havnt done hardly any for this course with the exam :( gotta get 70% to pass it, god i hope i pass, i will be studying hard the few days before it thats for sure. Then i have another 2 uni assignments due, and then another assignment for the other course :( its never ending !!!!!!!!!!!!! oh and then exams!!!!!!!!!!!! :( GOD DAMN IT!!!! Oh then i think i may have holidays, god i hope so! doin DE i dont seem to get holidays :(
I was talkin to my friend whos gettin married in August, she wants me to wear this horrible dress as her bridesmaid its really really bad!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! anyways i told her to get it in size 18-20, at the moment im 24, so thats a good goal to work towards :) shame about the ugly dress tho :P Gotta try and head up to Grafton for her hens night in July sometime, ill see how that goes.

Anyways this week is gonna be busy and hopefully that wont make me turn to bad food as an easy option. See how i go i guess :)

Week so far

Ok so this week, ive had a great week foodwise, tracking, eating well etc. Exercise has been pretty average but i have still be walkin everyday at the beach which is really nice, even tho its gettin a bit cold now :( But i still think i should be able to get a loss of about a 1kg this week, well i hope so anyways. Besides the 2 small gains ive had, my smallest loss so far has been 1kg :) i know it will slow down eventaully but ill keep takin it while it happening :)
I been gettin a bit home sick lately, i really miss my friends :( since moving to melb i aint met any new friends so i miss the social aspect of it all. Back in Bathurst i was really social, had friends over all the time, went out all the time etc but now here i basically stay at home or do things with my bf. Just need to find new friends i guess, just seems a bit hard, since im doin 2 fulltime uni courses so i dont have time to work and im doin uni by correspondance so cant meet people that way either :( but im sure ill get around it!
Weigh in is tomorrow so lets hope something good comes outta that!! i got an assignment due tomorrow that i will have to spend the rest of today and tomorrow doin!! but oh well has to be done i guess.
Im gonna get my hair done on tuesday :) gonna get cut and colour, thats my 10% reward, cant wait :) altho i dunno what i want done! We are also off to the 30 seconds to mars concert on wednesday so thats gonna be great :) then i have a few days rest :) YAY
One of my friends is comin down for a visit next monday, she is gonna be staying till friday so i cant wait for that :) that should help my home sickness a bit :) i dunno what we gonna do but it will just be good to see a friend again and just hang out etc. Hope it doesnt affect by eating that week!! probably will a little bit, but thats ok, i dont get to see my friends much these days so i dont mind :)

Pancakes!!!!

Ok so for the last few nights we have had really healthy but yummm dinners. So tonight i feel like something a bit different, sweet and yummm :P so decided we gonna have pancakes for dinner hahaha weird i know. But i got 99% fat free pancakes mix, lite thick cream and strawberries :) YUMMMMMMM i worked out i can have 3 pancakes,with a decent serve of cream and strawberries for about 7 points :) i still got like 19 points left ooppssss so i dont need to worry about goin over points :) but ill stick to my 3 pancakes with cream and strawberries, should be more then enough. Oh biggest loser final is on tonight that should be great :) cant wait to watch that.
Last night i sat down and wrote out a list of monthly weight goals, i wrote the list from now all the way till i get to goal. Im not sure if i will make it as i put some of the monthly goals a lil high but im gonna try my hardest to get there, or close to there by that time. I worked out if i can make each of these monthly goals ill be at goal by end june next year. Which is great i said i wanted to be at goal by my birthday next year which is July 22nd so ill see how i go :) still got a long way to go but im hoping i can do it! HANG ON i know i can do it!! thats better :P hehehe Later i will post my montly list on here so that way im more accountable to it :)
Anyways off to do some more uni work before dinner(YUMMM PANCAKES) hahah and before biggest loser :)

I got flowers today :)

Good afternoon everyone :) im in a great mood today. I was in a good mood today after my great loss this week and making my 10% and being under 130kg :) YAY but then my wonderful bf bought me home a lovely big bunch of pink tulips :) see the photos aint they gorgeous :) So now im super happy hehe. Had a good day today been having good foods and went for a walk at the beach and went and did some shopping.
Last night i cooked a recipe outta the symply to good to be true cookbooks, made porcupine casserole :) YUMMMM its basically meatballs with rice inside them cooked in a tomato garlic sauce and its great :) my mum used to make the same kinda thing when i was younger and i loved it, so i was very happy to have found a low fat recipe for the same thing, really enjoyed it. I also made mars bar slice outta the cookbook to, it doesnt really taste like mars bars, but is still nice and is only 1 point per piece and very chocolatey :P I was gonna make another recipe outta the books tonight but cant decide so ill think about it tonight and tomorrow and then make something tomorrow night :)

Another great week :)

Ok so this morning i got up and weighed myself, wasnt expecting much after a 2.4kg loss last week. To my suprise i lost 1.5kg :) YAY the best part about this is it takes me to my GWEA, so i made that this month again and it also takes me past my 10% YAY. So close to 15kg, ive lost 14.9kg now :) YAY for me. As well as all this i also had a goal for the concert im goin to next week, and i made that, i wanted to be 129.9 by the concert and i am that this week, with another week to go so YAY for me again hahaha. Hoping for another great week, goodluck to everyone else :)

Boring Weekend

I thought id post what i was planning to do this weekend, then i realised im doin nothing haha but thought id post anyways :) Ive had a really good week so far this week, i havnt exercised alot but ive ate really well, havnt really had anything at all that i shouldnt have :) YAY for me.
Anyways weigh in is on Monday and i think its my last week to make GWEA, i might have one more week but im not sure, i worked out i have to lose 1.1kg to get to my 10%, 1.5kg to get to my GWEA and my goal for the 30 seconds to mars concert. Althought i still have another week before that because the concert isnt until May 2nd, so hopefully i will have certainly made it to 129.9kg before then :) Its gettin pretty cold here of a night, maybe im just a sook! I been staying up really late lately, my sleepin patterns are all screwed up! but oh well, its 1am at the moment and ive just finished cleaning up the house a little bit. Sean has gone to bed so im now im just sitting around doin nothing really, Jerry Springer is on tv haha. Im using my hair dryer to keep warm as i was a lil cold and i didnt wanna turn on the ducted heating then every room in the house would warm up!! i really should get a lil fan heater for late at night when im up by myself i think.
OOOOOH and i got back my first 2 assignments, i got distinctions in both of them :) HOW FANTASTIC!! they were really hard to so i was very pleased with myself. Anyways im gonna go and ummm i dunno watch tv or play wii maybe :) got a new game, its the ant bully game hehe i love games like that :) So for weigh in Monday im hoping to lose 1.5kg but considering its TTOM i doubt i will but id be happy with whatever i lose :) ill update and let ya know how it goes :)

YAY great weight loss this week

Im sooooo happy, after my gain last week from being away over easter, i was sooo rapt when i jumped on the scales this morning and see i had lost 2.4kg!!!! HOLLY SHIT, i was expecting and hoping for maybe 1kg. This is fantastic :) :) :) :) :) :) im gonna be doin happy dances all day!
This takes my total to 13.4kg now in 10 weeks :) very very happy with that. My next mini goal is to get under 130, which is now only 1.5kg away :) how exciting. Anyways im up for a great week this week again, my motivation has been totally boosted, so im off for a walk along the beach :) YAY

Back From Holidays

Ok so we are now back from our holiday to Perth. Had an awesome time, but drank and ate tooo much leading to a gain of 0.4kg! but i expected this so its ok, just gotta try hard to work it off this week. Had a horrible day yesterday, was back from holiday so was ment to be my first day back on track, but NOOOOO i just couldnt stop eating, i wasnt even hungry just kept eating and eating and eating :( felt sooooo horrible to. But that was yesterday and today is a new day, ive been really good today very happy with myself, now i just have to keep this up. Im still finding it hard to eat all my points, today i felt like id eaten heaps and only got 17.5points and im ment to have 26!! Oh well. Anyways holiday was great, ill attach some pics for u all :) We had a wonderful time, just relaxing, eatin, drinking, sightseeing etc was really nice :) Was worth the 0.4kg gain, as long as i dont let it happen to often thats ok :) hehehe

Holidays :)

Im starting to get excited about goin on holidays this long weekend. We decided to fly over to Perth for the long weekend, leaving very early friday morning, and comin back monday. We are staying at the Sheraton in an excutive suite sooo should be very nice :) just cant wait to get anyway, only problem is i can stick to a diet when im away! but oh well im just gonna enjoy myself but not over do it! We aint planning on doin much just gonna check out the beaches some shopping and just relax :) if im really keen i might use the gym at the hotel hehe ill take my gym stuff just incase! see im trying to be good hehehe.
I had a good loss this past week of 1.1kg, taking my total to 11.4kg in 8 weeks YAY for me. Ohh gotta go on a plane to Perth obviously, last time i went on a plane i needed a seatbelt extension :( hopefully this time i wont, was hoping i would be alot lighter by the time i went on a plane again but oh well cant have it stopping me from enjoying myself.
This week ive exercised everyday so far :) my plan is to eat as good as i can and exercise everyday until friday when we head off for Perth and so far so good. i thought if i can do this unitl Perth then when im there it wont be so bad :P cause i know ill be pretty bad hehe, just things like room service and mini bar hehe i dont get to enjoy these things often so im certainly gonna enjoy it while i can.
Ill be taking lots of photos on my holidays so ill be sure to post some when i get back :)
