
Ohhhh i just had to post cause im so excited and sooo happy with myself :P im not a big vege eater, infact i hate nearlly EVERY single vege! which makes it hard when dieting! BUT tonight, i had vege :P now for most people the vege i had is probably nothing, but for me it was good, i filled up on heaps of vege, before even touching my chicken!!! I had peas, carrots, cucumber, beetroot and corn kernals, LOTS of vege :) i found i was nearlly full by the time i got to my chicken so didnt need to eat as much chicken!!! YAY
But i still must admitt altho it was eatible i really didnt enjoy them :P hehe guess these things take time huh! but for now its a start. Not only that but i also had my 2 pieces of fruit today AND i even ate breakfast(another big issue for me) seems things are gettin into gear! i just gotta keep this up hehehe
I went to the gym again today as well! i did heaps of stuff, was there for about 1 1/2 hours :) soo feeling really good tonight. Off to the gym in the morning for aqua aerobics and then probably a quick workout as well.

Somedays I find it hard to get my veg in, but they do fill you up for little or no points!
