This coming week

ok so tomorrow i have to pick up a friend from the airport, she is coming down to Melb to visit from Bathurst for 5 days(goin home friday). So i guess i wont be around much for the next 5 days. She(oh her name is Diana) hasnt been to melb before and ive only been here for 6 months so she hasnt been to my house either so we will be out and about alot checking things out heheh.

Oh god i hope this doesnt stuff up my week foodwise!!! Should be ok while we are at home, as she said she wont have alot of money and doesnt mind eatin what i eat cause she is also trying to lose weight :) but im just worried about when we are out etc, i mean for the next 5 days ill probably have to eat lunch out!! I know how to make good choices now but still it just worries me! But oh well these things happen, im not gonna worry to much, cause it will be great to catch up and just hang out etc so im just gonna enjoy it :)

My weigh in day is tomorrow, so ill quickly pop in tomorrow before gettin Diana from the airport to let ya's know how it goes :) im not to sure about this week, its a bit offish!!! haha, today was the worst, my bfs dad took us out to lunch at La Porchetta, i had 2 slices of cheese pizza, and veal scallopine with chips!!! altho i didnt eat much of the meal, maybe a 1/4 if that as i was just really full. Was actually proud of myself cause i knew when to stop eating! normally i would have just kept eating it till it was nearlly all gone hehe so i guess thats one good thing i got out of it hehe.

Anyways wish me goodluck for tomorrow, im really hoping for 1kg, as 1kg has been my smallest loss so far and id like to keep it that way for as long as i can hehehe. God i wanna get to 20kg so badly!!! only 3.9kg to go! YAY. Anyways who knows next week could be a gain with all the socalising ill be doin, the biggest thing will acutally probably be alcohol. I havnt really drank much since starting ww but now with my friend visiting im sure we will have a few to many drinks,but hey ive gotta enjoy it while she is here as i dont see my friends much anymore since i live like 11 hours away now!!!
