Back on Track!!!!

OK well after my terrible week this week! im glad to say today im back on track, have weigh in tomorrow morning and im thinking im goin to put on at least 2kg but thats ok, just means i gotta work harder this comin week :) So this week im gonna do the following:
1.Track perfectly every single day!
2.Drink more then 2L water a day
3.NO sugary foods
4.NO pepsi max or coke zero
5.At least 30 mins exercise every single day!
6.Eat 5 serves of vegetables
Ok so i figured if i can do this i should be able to move the weight in put on this week and ill be totally back into it :) ill let ya know how much i put on tomorrow hahah OOOOOPPPPSSSS oh well gotta enjoy urself every now and then i say! But next time ill know what NOT to do! Just hate the feeling off goin backwards but i think it makes me more determined to lose weight and make sure that these situations dont happen to often! The way i put it, its only one week in a very long journey so as long as i dont let it get me down then its onwards and upwards from here on in! :) :) :)
