HARD week!
Ok so this week has been really hard, probably the hardest EVER! i dunno if its just cause last week i ate so much stuff but this week im just always hungry! Monday was good, i stuck to my points exercised etc, happy with that, BUT tuesday OMG i was soo hungry and i just didnt care what i ate, i just kept eatin and eatin and eatin!!! OK so now today what i did yesterday really got me down :( but today has been good! I have stayed under points and exercised etc, was feeling crappy today but not feeling to bad now. Hopefully i can get back into it properly!! This week has just been soooo up and down, good day, bad day, good day!!! AAARGGGGHHH i need the rest of the week to be perfect otherwise im goin to put on weight again!! Dont think i can handle 2 gains in a row!!!!
Anyways so im feeling ok now, just hope i can get back my motivation and get back into this, god knows ive got along way to go!!!

You can do it... just don't keep thinking about how bad you were the previous day, I find that always makes me do the same and eat more crap!!
Stay positive and just think if you do have a gain this week you know why and at least it is not a gain when you have done everything right and then just go ahead and make sure next week is a super week and follow everything to the letter to have a loss..
