Back At It
Ok so after my horrible weekend food wise, im back at it again and am pleased that the past 2 days have been perfect, i have stayed well within my points and half been walkin 45 mins a day on the treadmill. This week am really aiming to just lose the 0.6kg i put on last week, anything more then that will be a bonus. I been finding it hard to eat all my points, so tonight i had an extra piece of fish to make up some points :) just gotta be careful with what foods im making up my points. I dont wanna go eat chocolate or ice cream or something just to make up points, so i figured a piece of fish would be a great way to do it. Althought i was still under my points today, but im gettin better so thats the main thing. Weigh in is still 3 days away! hopefully they go perfectly and i can get rid of that 0.6kg gain :)
Anyways tomorrow im gonna do another 45 mins walkin on the treadmill and eat as perfectly as i can :) Drinking sooo much water it aint funny!! OH we bought a sodastream :) i used to have one when i was little, always wanted another one so we got one :) its great they even have sugar free flavouring for them now :) and even just water it is pretty good as it makes it alot more filling so i dont feel the need to snack as much!
Anyways will keep u posted on my next 3 days and my weigh in Monday, im kinda excitied hoping i lose this week :)
